COVID-19
Accommodation & Operations Information & Updates
It is fabulous to now be open to our guests in both The Steadings and The Beech Lodge Log Cabin.
There are, however, a number of changes in line with Government regulations and guidelines set out for our industry, which we are following to ensure we provide a safe and enjoyable stay for every guest and safe working practices for staff. Please see the main areas of change below. These will be amended as changes occur in line with Government guidelines or those necessary to allow the business to operate. We thank all of our guests in advance for their patience and understanding in the changes that have been a requirement and necessary to allow us to operate and welcome you all.

ANY GUEST SHOWING SYMPTOMS AND HAVING NOT REPORTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE'S HEALTH AND SAFETY.

Due to social distancing and Government guidelines on the number of mixed households allowed in the same accommodation, The Steadings will allow one booking in only at one time.
-
Due to social distancing and Government guidelines on the number of mixed households allowed in the same accommodation, The Beech Lodge will allow a maximum of 3 households up to a maximum of 6 guests as per our accommodation capacity.

-
Due to the new cleaning and safety guidelines, our turnaround and times between each set of guests must be adjusted. Due to a waiting period of minimum 3 hours before we can re-enter the property to clean it and reset it, along with the new cleaning protocols and time to carry these out, there will be a full 24hr blocked period between each departure and arrival for the foreseeable future. This is to allow the safe cleaning and use for both us and our staff and all of our guests to ensure the maximum safety during your stay. This will impact on one night stays and these may not always be available on the dates you wish for the time being. We will work with every booking as best we can to accommodate your dates.

-
Due to social distancing we have now changed our check in and welcome procedures, for more detailed information, check our check in and welcome video and PDF guest information booklet which is downloadable for our guests to keep on their phone or device.

-
All guests in any accommodation are asked to adhere to the guidelines with constant hand washing and
antibacterial gel use is requested. There is an abundance of soap and gel provided in all accommodation. Where necessary on arrival with socially distanced welcome, or in any mixed environment on site we ask that all guests wear their face mask, we will always welcome you wearing our face masks.

We hope during these times you can choose our accommodations for your staycation or break away and feel safe, comfortable, relaxed and refreshed. These are strange and testing times and our goal is to ensure our safety and that of our guests. Once again we thank all of our guests for their patience, understanding and co-operation with all of these changes and we look forward to welcoming you to stay. Stay safe, stay well.
